Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and create personal conversations to build relationships
- Provide expert beauty advice and conduct product demonstrations
- Deliver personalized skincare and makeup consultations
- Maintain an organized and shoppable sales floor and counter
- Use digital tools and point-of-sale technology to facilitate transactions
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals
- Proactively grow and manage a loyal client base through follow-up and virtual outreach
- Share loyalty program benefits and assist customers with credit account enrollment
- Support team members by fostering a collaborative and honest work environment
