Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift at least 25 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level
- Visual acuity including close vision, color vision, and depth perception
- Comfortable with frequent use of computers and technology including handheld devices
- Completion of at least one year of customer service or selling experience

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and create engaging personal conversations to build relationships
- Provide expert beauty advice and conduct product demonstrations
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations including makeup application and skincare recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms
- Utilize point-of-sale technology to process transactions efficiently
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding daily sales goals
- Build and manage a loyal client base through follow-up and virtual outreach
