Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Capability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures
- Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds safely
- Capability of stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level
- Good close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to focus
- Frequent use of computers, handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process transactions

- At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience
- Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and current trends
- Ability to build lasting client relationships through personalized service
- Experience using point-of-sale systems and digital tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and create personal conversations to build relationships
- Provide expert beauty advice and product demonstrations
- Conduct tailored consultations including makeup application and skincare recommendations
- Maintain organized and shoppable sales floor and counter areas
- Use clienteling tools to promote offers and product launches
- Meet or exceed daily sales goals through exceptional service
- Operate point-of-sale technology to complete transactions efficiently
