Job Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role
- proven ability to communicate effectively to solve customer problems
- high school diploma or GED
- experience in a sales environment desired
- strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills
- ability to be proactive and perceptive in understanding customer needs
- comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving retail environment
- ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust
Job Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role
- proven track record of solving customer problems through effective communication
- high school diploma or GED
- experience in a sales environment desired
- proven experience as a trusted guide in a high-touch, customer-facing role
- proactive and perceptive with an exceptional ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly
- passion for consultative selling and motivation to exceed goals
- entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity
- natural ability to steer conversations to successful resolutions
- tax knowledge is ideal but not required
Job Duties
- Greet customers as they enter the store
- be a perceptive guide by proactively identifying customer needs and building trust
- drive decisions by offering expert, personalized consultations on the TurboTax experience
- navigate the customer journey by assisting customers from initial uncertainty to connecting with the right tax professional
- nurture and convert by following up with potential customers with continued support and expert guidance
- be a program pioneer by providing critical feedback to shape the future of the retail locations program
