Job Duties
- Greet customers as they enter the store
- be a perceptive guide by proactively identifying customer needs and building trust
- drive decisions through expert and personalized consultations on the TurboTax experience
- help customers navigate the entire decision-making process and transition to a tax professional when needed
- proactively follow up with potential customers providing ongoing support and guidance
- participate as a program pioneer by providing critical feedback to shape the program's future
