Job Requirements
- High school grad or equiv required
- 1 plus hospitality hotel guest services or hospital setting required
- Good communication skills and must be fluent in English speaking reading and writing
- Must have a clear concise audible and professional voice
- Good telephone skills required
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills a positive demeanor and enthusiasm combined with a desire to serve are essential
- Diplomacy tact and demonstrated good judgment are required
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
Job Qualifications

- Associate's in hospitality preferred
- High school grad or equiv required
- 1 plus hospitality hotel guest services or hospital setting required
- 2 plus years related work experience as a concierge or guest service representative in a hotel or large institution preferred
- 2 plus years customer service experience in a related role required preferably an acute care setting
- Concierge training certification or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Manages and oversees the daily operations of the department ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
- Collaborates with multi-disciplinary healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilizes problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational and clinical issues
- Demonstrates leadership ability by guiding and motivating staff fostering a positive work environment
- Works independently making frequent decisions and judgments in clinical areas while also collaborating as part of a team
