Job Requirements

  • High school grad or equiv required
  • 1 plus hospitality hotel guest services or hospital setting required
  • Good communication skills and must be fluent in English speaking reading and writing
  • Must have a clear concise audible and professional voice
  • Good telephone skills required
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills a positive demeanor and enthusiasm combined with a desire to serve are essential
  • Diplomacy tact and demonstrated good judgment are required
  • Able to work independently and follow instructions

Job Qualifications

  • High school grad or equiv required
  • 1 plus hospitality hotel guest services or hospital setting required
  • 2 plus years related work experience as a concierge or guest service representative in a hotel or large institution preferred
  • 2 plus years customer service experience in a related role required preferably an acute care setting
  • Concierge training certification or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Manages and oversees the daily operations of the department ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborates with multi-disciplinary healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Utilizes problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational and clinical issues
  • Demonstrates leadership ability by guiding and motivating staff fostering a positive work environment
  • Works independently making frequent decisions and judgments in clinical areas while also collaborating as part of a team
