Job Duties
- Execute the fulfillment of customer requests within established guidelines
- Approaches all encounters with guests and employees in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner
- Seek and apply new concepts and techniques to enhance the program and build employee and customer loyalty
- Coordinate day-to-day operations to facilitate high-touch concierge services efficiently and effectively
- Utilize strong customer service and organizational skills in coordinating successful events
