Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or equipment
- Ability to perform frequent bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must comply with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Ability to engage in an interactive process for reasonable accommodations if needed
- Ability to work in a public retail store environment
- Willingness to promote company vision and values
- Ability to perform cash handling duties
Job Qualifications
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members
- Ability to perform merchandise recovery and stock maintenance duties
- Basic cash handling skills
- Ability to support omni channel retail processes
- Willingness to be cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies
Job Duties
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
- Execute cash handling to standards
- Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
- Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
- Assist with omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
- Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs
- Interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
- Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
- Other duties as assigned
