Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or equipment
  • Ability to perform frequent bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
  • Must comply with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Ability to engage in an interactive process for reasonable accommodations if needed
  • Ability to work in a public retail store environment

  • Ability to perform cash handling duties

Job Qualifications

  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members
  • Ability to perform merchandise recovery and stock maintenance duties
  • Basic cash handling skills
  • Ability to support omni channel retail processes
  • Willingness to be cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies

Job Duties

  • Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
  • Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
  • Execute cash handling to standards
  • Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
  • Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
  • Assist with omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
  • Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
  • Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
  • Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
  • Support shrink and safety programs
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs
  • Interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
  • Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
  • Other duties as assigned
