Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift to 20 lbs. frequently (65 lbs. occasionally)
- Work safely in environments with varying temperatures, noise, fumes, and cleaning chemicals
Job Qualifications
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- A positive, customer-first attitude with great communication skills
- A team player who leads by example and always does the right thing
- Ability to stay calm, think fast, and adapt to change
- Must meet legal age requirements to sell alcohol, tobacco, and other regulated products
Job Duties
- Welcome every customer with a smile, thank them, and invite them back
- Deliver a fast, friendly, professional checkout experience
- Suggest promotions and specials to enhance the customer’s visit
- Ring up sales accurately, following all company policies and laws for restricted products (must be legal age)
- Maintain store cleanliness inside and out
- Restock shelves, coolers, displays, and fast-food areas
- Support food prep and service at Aztec Grill, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation practices
- Assist with labeling, rotating stock, and keeping displays organized
- Take on additional duties to support store operations
