Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to perform continuous movement including bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Strong ownership, accountability and initiative
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with inventory management systems
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail or logistics preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use various technology and new computer applications
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job
Job Duties
- Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
- Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards
- Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing and shipping standards
- Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Provide general support to the store, e.g., setting up special events, organizing backroom, markdowns, and relocating store fixtures
