Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- ability to lift items up to 25 pounds, with some roles requiring lifting up to 50 pounds
- capacity to stand and move continuously for extended periods
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the United States

- ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- physical ability to perform job duties including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching

Job Duties
- Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays runway ready
- assist customers when cashiering with a variety of transactions across different platforms including in-store, online and mobile
- create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and sorting and returning clothing to the floor
- keep the stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
- demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
- adhere to all operational, merchandise and asset protection standards
- promote initiatives like the Nordstrom Rewards program
