- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Duties
- general customer service including helping customers find items answering questions about products and services and addressing customer needs
- balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while following state and local laws
- ensuring proper food safety conditions of fresh food and deli products using various methods and technology
- maintaining cleanliness by cleaning work area sales floor restrooms showers gas diesel pumps and completing trash runs
- cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services Fresh Kitchen Facility Maintenance and leadership roles
- moving and lifting 25 plus pounds and working in various temperatures
