Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift more than 25 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to follow state and local laws related to sales and transactions
- Must be reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required as training will be provided
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks
- Teamwork and cooperative attitude
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Provide general customer service including helping customers find items
- Answer questions about products and services
- Address customer needs promptly and courteously
- Balance cash register and complete customer transactions
- Offer additional sales opportunities in compliance with laws
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, and fuel pump areas
- Perform trash runs
- Cross-train in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance
- Lift 25 plus pounds and work in various temperature conditions
