Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required as comprehensive training will be provided
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ pounds
- Ability to work in various temperature environments
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- Must comply with all company policies and state and local regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required as training is provided
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong teamwork abilities and a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of food safety standards is advantageous
Job Duties
- General customer service duties including but not limited to helping customers find items answering questions about products and services and addressing customer needs
- Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws
- Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products
- Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area the sales floor restrooms showers gas diesel pumps and completing trash runs
- Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services Fresh Kitchen Facility Maintenance and leadership roles
- Ability to move lift 25+ pounds
- Ability to work in various temperatures
