Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 25 pounds or more and standing for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow all company policies and procedures

- Ability to follow state and local laws related to cash handling and food safety
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- General customer service duties including helping customers find items answering questions about products and services and addressing customer needs
- Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws
- Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of fresh food and deli products
- Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area the sales floor restrooms showers gas and diesel pumps and completing trash runs
- Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services Fresh Kitchen Facility Maintenance and leadership roles
- Ability to move lift 25 plus pounds
- Ability to work in various temperatures
