Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to the work location
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required
- Ability to use point of sale technology and handle transactions accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple departments
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Physical ability to lift and move at least 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Provide general customer service including assisting customers with locating items and answering questions
- Balance cash register by accurately completing transactions and offering additional sales to customers while adhering to all state and local laws
- Ensure proper food safety of fresh and deli products using technology and established methods
- Maintain cleanliness of direct working area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, fuel pumps, and perform trash runs
- Cross-train in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles as needed
- Ability to move and lift over 25 pounds and work in various temperature conditions
- Collaborate with team members to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
