Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in various temperature conditions
Job Qualifications

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Flexibility to perform various duties and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus
Job Duties
- General customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, addressing customer needs
- Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while following all state and local laws
- Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of fresh food and deli products
- Responsibility for cleaning direct working area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs
- Additional duties including cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds
- Ability to work in various temperatures
