Job Requirements

- ability to perform cashier duties accurately
- ability to handle cash transactions responsibly
- willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- ability to lift 25 pounds or more

Job Duties
- general customer service duties including helping customers find items answering questions about products and services and addressing customer needs
- balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws
- use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of fresh food and deli products
- responsibility for cleaning direct working area sales floor restrooms showers gas and diesel pumps and completing trash runs
- additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as restaurant services fresh kitchen facility maintenance and leadership roles
- ability to move lift 25 plus pounds
- ability to work in various temperatures
