Job Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Must be able to stand and be active for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to wear company uniform and nametag
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Completion of online application prior to job fair attendance

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Precisely handle cash, checks, and other types of payment including processing refunds and merchandise credit
- Perform credit card transactions, coupon redemption, check acceptance, and vendor check-in transactions according to company policies
- Verify cash drawer accuracy at the beginning and end of shifts and report discrepancies
- Participate actively in sales promotions and practice suggestive selling to build customer relations
- Maintain a neat personal appearance wearing company uniform and nametag
- Address customer complaints positively and document them for management follow-up
- Keep work area clean, sanitize equipment, dust merchandise, and ensure equipment is in working condition
- Engage customers about Ace Rewards program benefits and encourage participation
- Follow all store safety and emergency procedures and participate in store communication and team-building activities
