Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- No prior experience required
- Must pass background check
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
- Flexibility to perform various duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Provide general customer service including helping customers find items, answer questions about products and services, and address customer needs
- Balance cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while following all state and local laws
- Use various methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of fresh food and deli products
- Clean direct working area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs
- Cross train in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles
- Move and lift 25+ pounds
- Work in various temperature conditions
