Job Duties
- perform general customer service duties including helping customers find items answering questions about products and services and addressing customer needs
- balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while following all state and local laws
- use various methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of fresh food and deli products
- maintain cleanliness of direct working area sales floor restrooms showers gas and diesel pumps and complete trash runs
- cross train in other departments such as Restaurant Services Fresh Kitchen Facility Maintenance and leadership roles
- move and lift 25 plus pounds and work in various temperature conditions
