Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move 25 pounds or more
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Must comply with all state and local laws and regulations
- Must be able to provide friendly and accurate service consistently
Job Qualifications

- Ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to learn and adapt to various duties and technologies
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide general customer service including helping customers find items
- Answer questions about products and services
- Complete customer transactions and balance cash register while offering additional sales opportunities
- Ensure food safety conditions of fresh food and deli products using appropriate methods and technology
- Clean assigned work areas including sales floor, restrooms, showers, fuel pumps, and perform trash runs
- Cross train in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles
- Lift and move items over 25 pounds and work in various temperature conditions
