Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- No prior experience required as training is provided
- Ability to lift and move items over 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform cleaning duties
- Must comply with all safety, health, and operational regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different tasks
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions
- Willingness to undergo training and cross-train in multiple departments
Job Duties
- Provide general customer service including helping customers find items and answering product questions
- Balance cash register and complete customer transactions accurately while complying with all state and local laws
- Use technology and methods to ensure proper food safety conditions of fresh food and deli products
- Clean assigned work areas including the sales floor, restrooms, showers, fuel pumps, and complete trash runs
- Cross-train in various departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles
- Lift and move items weighing over 25 pounds
- Work effectively in various temperature environments
