Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Ability to lift and move 25+ pounds
- Ability to work in different temperature conditions
- Must be able to follow all safety and hygiene guidelines

- Ability to provide excellent customer service

- Previous experience in customer service is an asset but not required
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Ability to learn and use new technology related to food safety and sales
- Team-oriented with a willingness to work flexible schedules
Job Duties
- General customer service including assisting customers, answering questions, and addressing customer needs
- Balancing cash register and processing transactions while following laws
- Using various methods and technology to ensure food safety of fresh and deli products
- Cleaning work area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas and diesel pumps, and performing trash runs
- Cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles
- Lifting and moving items weighing 25+ pounds
- Working in various temperature conditions
