Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Physical ability to lift 25 pounds or more
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to undergo training
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work in various temperature environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to cross-train and take on additional duties
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Job Duties
- Provide general customer service including helping customers find items and answering product questions
- Complete customer transactions and balance cash register while complying with state and local laws
- Ensure food safety by using proper methods and technologies for fresh food and deli products
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas including sales floor, restrooms, showers, and fuel pumps
- Perform trash runs and other cleaning duties as needed
- Cross-train in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles
- Lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperature conditions
