Job Requirements
- Ability to move and lift 25 pounds or more
- Must be able to work in different temperature environments
- Availability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- No prior experience required as training is provided
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Must comply with all state and local laws related to transactions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Provide general customer service including helping customers find items and answering questions
- Balance cash register and complete customer transactions while adhering to laws
- Use technology to ensure food safety for fresh and deli products
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, and fuel pumps
- Perform trash runs to keep the environment clean
- Cross-train in other departments such as restaurant services, fresh kitchen, and facility maintenance
- Assist with lifting items over 25 pounds and work in various temperature conditions
