- Willingness to cross train and take on additional responsibilities
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety standards
Job Duties
- General customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs
- Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws
- Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of fresh food and deli products
- Responsibility for cleaning direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas and diesel pumps, and completing trash runs
- Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as restaurant services, fresh kitchen, facility maintenance, and leadership roles
- Ability to move and lift 25 plus pounds
- Ability to work in various temperatures
