Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required as training is provided
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English proficiency for communication
- Ability to use point of sale systems and technology
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Basic knowledge of food safety principles

Job Duties
- Perform general customer service duties including helping customers find items and answering questions about products and services
- Balance cash register by completing customer transactions accurately while offering additional sales opportunities and following all state and local laws
- Use various methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of fresh food and deli products
- Maintain cleanliness by cleaning direct working area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas and diesel pumps, and completing trash runs
- Cross train in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles as needed
- Handle physical tasks including moving and lifting 25+ pounds and working in various temperature conditions
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate services to customers
