Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team
- capability to stand, bend, twist and reach continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
- ability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally
- for stock and fulfillment roles, ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- availability to work flexible hours based on business needs

Job Duties
- work with the team to keep the salesfloor appealing through re-merchandising and straightening
- assist customers with transactions across various platforms including in-store, online and mobile
- create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and managing returned clothing
- maintain a clean and clutter-free salesfloor by sorting and returning merchandise
- keep the stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is checked in and accurately ticketed
- demonstrate expertise using all store technologies
- adhere to operational, merchandise and asset protection standards
- promote Nordstrom Rewards and other company initiatives
- receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver merchandise to selling departments
- fulfill and ship customer orders following quality standards
- utilize inventory management systems to scan and process merchandise shipments
- assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- provide general support including special event setup, markdowns and relocating store fixtures
