Job Requirements

- Previous hardware experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time on-site
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Maintain a neat appearance and wear company uniform
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Precisely and accurately handle money, checks, and other forms of payment including refunds and merchandise credits
- Perform credit card transactions, manufacturer coupon redemption, and vendor check-in according to company standards
- Verify the accuracy of cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift and report discrepancies
- Participate in sales promotions and practice suggestive selling
- Maintain neat personal appearance and wear company uniform and nametag
- Address customer complaints positively and document as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas and equipment
- Engage customers in Ace Rewards membership benefits
- Adhere to store safety and emergency procedures
- Perform regular cleaning of counters, equipment, and restrooms
- Participate in store sales building and team activities
