Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Reliable flexibility - willing to travel and cover various shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist frequently
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 65 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work safely in conditions involving heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes from gasoline and cleaning chemicals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail or cashier experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Able to work independently while being part of a team
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments and multitasking
- Committed to doing the right thing and leading by example
Job Duties
- Greet every customer with a smile and a friendly attitude
- Provide fast, accurate checkout and share promotions or discounts
- Stock and rotate products on shelves and in coolers
- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Follow all laws regarding the sale of restricted items (alcohol, tobacco)
- In Oregon (and where needed), assist with fueling and windshield cleaning
- Reconcile paperwork and complete daily deposits
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
