Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work flexible shifts supporting a 24/7 operation including rotating shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Legal age to sell restricted products including alcohol and tobacco
- Previous retail or cashier experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch frequently
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 65 pounds
- Willingness to work in varied work conditions including heat, cold, allergens, noise, and chemical odors
- Must be able to follow safety protocols and company policies
- Must possess a friendly and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or cashier experience
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 years or older
- Strong teamwork skills

- Experience in leading by example and ethical conduct
Job Duties
- Greet every customer with a smile, thanking them for their business, and inviting them back
- Provide fast and friendly service and accurate product information
- Ring up sales and merchandise, offering applicable discounts and promotions while following laws and policies regarding restricted sales
- Prepare cashier checkout reports accurately and according to policy
- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store
- Properly label, rotate and stock shelves, coolers, and displays
- Be safety and security conscious while adhering to the Safety Manual and report any incidents to the Store Manager
- Be knowledgeable of and follow company policy and procedures
- Where applicable, fuel customers' cars, check engine fluids, and wash windows for handicapped customers
- Ensure proper sanitation and food handling, preparation, storage, and disposal procedures are followed
- Book Floaters only - Reconcile daily paperwork when covering shifts and completing daily deposits
- Perform additional duties as assigned
