Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- reliable flexibility - willing to travel and cover various shifts
- able to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, and lift frequently
- able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 65 pounds occasionally
- able to work in various conditions including heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes/chemical/odor from gasoline and cleaning chemicals
Job Qualifications
- Retail or cashier experience preferred
- strong customer service skills and positive attitude
- willingness to learn and grow within the company
- able to work independently while being part of a team
- comfortable with fast-paced environments and multitasking
- committed to doing the right thing and leading by example
Job Duties
- Greet every customer with a smile and a friendly attitude
- provide fast, accurate checkout and share promotions or discounts
- stock and rotate products on shelves and in coolers
- maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store
- ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- follow all laws regarding the sale of restricted items (alcohol, tobacco)
- in Oregon (and where needed), assist with fueling and windshield cleaning
- reconcile paperwork and complete daily deposits
- take on additional responsibilities as needed
