Job Requirements

must be 21 or older
ability to stand for extended periods
frequently required to walk, bend, twist, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and listen
must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 65 pounds
work safely around heat, cold, allergens, noise, fumes, chemicals, and odors
flexible to work shifts in a 24/7 operation including nights, holidays, and weekends
reliable transportation to various store locations
meet legal age requirements for restricted product sales and local regulations

previous retail or cashier experience preferred
excellent communication skills

ability to work flexible shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends

reliable transportation to support multiple locations

Job Duties

greet every customer with a smile, thanking them for their business, and inviting them back
provide fast and friendly service and accurate product information
ring up sales and merchandise, offering customers applicable discounts or promotions while following all laws and policies regarding restricted sales of tobacco and alcohol
prepare cashier checkout report accurately and according to policy
maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store
properly label, rotate and stock shelves, coolers, and displays
be safety and security conscious while adhering to safety guidelines and report any accidents or incidents to the store manager immediately
be knowledgeable of and follow company policies and procedures
where applicable fuel customers' cars, check engine fluids, and wash customer windows as needed
ensure proper sanitation and food handling, preparation, storage, and disposal procedures are followed
book floaters only reconcile daily paperwork when covering shifts and completing daily deposits
additional duties as assigned
