Job Requirements

Must be able to stand for extended periods
Frequently required to walk, bend, twist, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and listen
Must frequently lift/move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 65 pounds
Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions including heat, cold, allergens, noise, and exposure to fumes/chemicals/odors from gasoline and cleaning materials
Flexible availability including nights, holidays, and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent

Previous retail or cashier experience
Excellent communication skills with a friendly can-do attitude
A willingness and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to think quickly on your feet and react to change
Strong teamwork skills
Flexible availability to support business needs including nights, holidays, and weekends

Job Duties

Greet every customer with a smile, thanking them for their business, and inviting them back
Provide fast and friendly service and accurate product information
Accurately ring up sales and merchandise, offering applicable qualifying discounts/promotions while following all laws regarding restricted sales
Reconcile daily paperwork and complete daily deposits when covering for shifts
Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store including pumps and islands
Properly label, rotate and stock shelves, coolers, and displays
Ensure proper sanitation and food handling/prep/storage/disposal procedures are followed
Meet the physical demands of standing, lifting, bending, and pulling items
Be knowledgeable of and follow company policy and procedure
Additional duties as assigned
