Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally for stock and fulfillment roles

Job Duties
- Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and assisting with fitting rooms
- Motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives such as the Nordstrom Rewards program
- Keep stockrooms organized and complete inventory processes
- Ensure the sales floor stays runway ready through re-merchandising and straightening
- Assist customers with various transactions through a seamless and friendly experience
- Demonstrate expertise in store technologies
- Defuse customer situations and provide timely resolutions
- Receive, unload, and unpack merchandise
- Fulfill customer orders timely following quality standards
- Prepare and ship customer orders adhering to packing and shipping protocols
- Utilize inventory systems to scan and process shipments
- Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Provide general store support including event setup, markdowns, and relocating fixtures
