Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching
- Capability to frequently use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items including lifting above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to provide friendly and efficient customer service

Job Duties
- Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays runway ready and is sized and filled in through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
- Assist customers when cashiering with a variety of transactions across different platforms including operating a point-of-sale system, bagging items, and handling bulky items
- Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and sorting and returning clothing to the floor
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free customer experience by sorting and returning clothing to the salesfloor
- Keep the stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
- Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
- Adhere to all operational, merchandise and asset protection standards
- Promote initiatives like the Nordstrom Rewards program
