Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in multiple technologies and operating systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role including lifting up to 25 pounds
- Flexible availability to work varying shifts
- Commitment to maintaining customer data security and privacy

Job Duties
- Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience
- Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment

- Defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure the security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance and resolution of issues
