Job Duties
- Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns and other transactions
- Deliver amazing customer service
- Keep the service quick, easy and fun by listening to customer needs and sharing love for fashion
- Maintain the department by straightening up, lightly cleaning and restocking the cash wrap area and sales floor
- Stay up on key fashion trends and products to help customers with purchase decisions
- Build relationships with customers by informing about upcoming events, gift cards and rewards program
- Support other areas of the store including order fulfillment and order pick-up
