Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds for stock support or fulfillment roles
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to provide excellent customer service
- Basic computer literacy

Job Duties
- Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and assisting them with fitting rooms
- Motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives such as Nordstrom Rewards program
- Keep stockrooms organized and complete all inventory processes accurately
- Ensure the sales floor is maintained and attractive through re-merchandising and straightening
- Assist customers with transactions providing a seamless and friendly experience
- Demonstrate expertise using all store technologies
- Defuse customer situations and provide timely resolutions
- Receive, unload, and deliver merchandise to departments
- Fulfill customer orders promptly following quality standards
- Prepare and ship customer orders adhering to packing and shipping guidelines
- Utilize inventory systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments
- Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Provide general store support including setting up special events and organizing markdowns
