Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Proficiency in operating multiple operating systems including MS Windows, iOS and Android
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform continuous movement for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Commitment to maintaining customer privacy and data security
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience
- Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment

- Defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure the security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance and resolution of issues
- Motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives such as our Nordstrom Rewards program
- Work varied hours and schedules based on business needs
