Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Physical ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (stock support or fulfillment role)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to operate point of sale and inventory management systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and managing fitting room logistics
- Motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives such as the Nordstrom Rewards program
- Keep the stockrooms organized and complete inventory processes ensuring merchandise is checked in and ticketed accurately
- Work with the team to maintain the sales floor by re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
- Assist customers with a variety of transactions providing a seamless and friendly experience
- Demonstrate expertise in all store technologies
- Defuse customer situations and provide timely and effective resolutions
- Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
- Fulfill customer orders promptly adhering to quality standards
- Prepare and ship customer orders following packing and shipping protocols
- Utilize inventory management systems for scanning, processing, and researching shipments
- Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Support store functions such as special event setups, markdowns, and fixture relocations
