Job Requirements

- Ability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Stock and Fulfillment roles require lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in retail or customer service is an asset
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and inventory technology
- Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays runway ready and is sized and filled in through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
- Assist customers when cashiering with a variety of transactions across different platforms including operating a point-of-sale system and bagging items
- Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and managing clothing returns
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free salesfloor by sorting and returning merchandise
- Keep stockrooms organized by properly checking in and ticketing merchandise
- Demonstrate expertise in store technologies and adhere to operational and asset protection standards
- Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver merchandise
- Fulfill customer orders following quality, packing, and shipping standards
- Utilize inventory management systems for merchandise processing
- Provide general store support including setting up events and relocating fixtures
