Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cash handling experience preferred
- experience in retail, foodservice, or hospitality industry a plus
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to interact professionally with guests
- problem-solving and decision-making skills
- outgoing personality preferred
- ability to work collaboratively with team members
Job Duties
- Handle credit card transactions using point of sales system
- respond to guest needs and requests, effectively using suggestive and upselling techniques
- maintain service areas
- complete steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction
- understand and describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation, and pricing
- employ good safety and sanitation practices
- follow payment integrity policy
- adhere to Levy company guidelines
- complete all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
- communicate guest issues to management
- practice proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment
- stock shelves, counters, and tables with merchandise
- set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to promote sales
- stand for long periods and actively engage physically with guests
- lift and move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds
- perform basic math and counting
- move from sitting to standing position quickly and easily
