Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old on or before date of application
- ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- prior customer service experience preferred
- experience with cash handling preferred
- knowledge of POS systems preferred
- ability to adhere to regulations concerning liquor sales
- strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by building a loyal customer base
- strive for excellence when assisting customers to enhance customer relations
- operate a computerized cash register to enter sales transactions
- assist customers by answering questions, recommending, and selling liquor products and other store items
- receive payment and make change
- wrap or bag merchandise for customers
- ensure sales follow the current laws and commission policies regulating the sale of liquor including prohibited sales policies
- verify credit card transactions to ensure card holder validity
- assist with unloading trucks, arrange, and stock shelves, and maintain product merchandising displays with liquor products
- maintain a neat and clean store appearance
- assist in the counting of physical inventory
- perform other related duties as assigned
