Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in cash handling and customer service
- strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- proficiency with POS systems
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them with their purchases
- inspect Gift Shop and packaged food area to maintain store appearance, organization, etc.
- process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
- maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- process returns and exchanges following company policies
- stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- perform other duties as assigned
