Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs occasionally
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short durations
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs items occasionally
- Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
- Process customer sales transactions and returns in accordance with established Front-End procedures
- Promote company programs including customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment
- Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures
- Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect
- Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
