Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail or cashier experience helpful
- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours continuously
- Ability to occasionally lift weights between 15 and 35 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work extended periods standing or walking
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet customers proactively and understand their needs
- Process customer sales transactions and returns accurately following company procedures
- Promote company programs including loyalty program, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment
- Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and operational policies
- Create an inclusive environment where customers and teammates feel welcome and respected
- Support the store team across various functions with a cooperative approach
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
