Job Requirements
- Work experience or training involving exchange of money and making change
- proven prior successful customer service experience
- possession of a food handler's card
- good understanding of math, customer service, cleanliness, and food service experience
- exposure to loud noise, heat, grease, and cold

- high school diploma or GED certificate preferred
- 2 years of cashiering experience preferred
- ServSafe Certificate preferred
Job Duties
- Obtains previously counted cash from a central cashier supply and counts and verifies beginning amount
- receives monies or processes credit card purchases
- totals purchases and collects correct amounts
- issues parking tickets on entrance and collects fee on exit
- takes payment in exchange for event tickets
- makes accurate change
- greets customers and helps them find menu items
- instructs customers to condiment areas
- answers general departmental questions and provides directions
- stocks restaurant items
- cleans work areas
- assists in preparing simple recipes
- participates in food service duties including serving food and cleaning after events
