- previous hardware experience is a plus but not required
- willing to undergo full training
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
- must comply with drug-free workplace policies

Job Duties
- welcome and assist customers with their hardware needs
- provide guidance to help customers find products for their projects
- maintain a fast-paced and positive work environment
- stay on your feet for most of the shift (6 to 8 hours)
- safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
- learn continuously from training sessions
- deliver exceptional customer service consistently
